The Podium Club Racing Academy (PCRA) is a driver's a fast lane to the exciting world of motorsports. We offer comprehensive 1-Day and 2-Day Road Racing classes designed for individuals with varying skill levels, from novice drivers seeking an introduction to the sport, to intermediate and advanced drivers looking to refine and improve their expertise. This racing academy is not just about mastering the mechanics of driving, but a fun transformative experience where participants learn the art of harmonizing their physical abilities with vehicle dynamics.
Private Coaching
The PCRA also offers private, one-on-one coaching for new drivers and current veteran racers interested in elevating their game. Using their own race vehicles, students hit the track with
their PCRA instructor who will continue to gauge the students’ performances during their track sessions. At the start of the day, and after a thorough discussion with students, determining their goals, the PCRA instructor team formulates the best exercise path to reach those goals.
These could include one-on-one lead & follow sessions, close quarter/side-by-side driving, alternate driving/racing lines, threshold braking exercises on track, passing exercises, race
scenario role playing, data acquisition, and video feedback. All combined to provide the tools needed to achieve maximum results.
The PCRA private coaching programs for racers of the RUSH SR, FC/F2000 and FE2 formula car categories are very popular, whether it be one-on-one or with friends/team mates.
The Winning Method
No matter the class, PCRA students learn the fundamentals of vehicle dynamics, car
communication, sight lines, situational awareness, and balance, preparing the student for any situation they may experience on track.
The PCRA focuses on the driving techniques and proven methods used by the motor racing professionals. Students learn how to execute these techniques smoothly, consistently, and confidently through repetition and practice, during the brief classroom and thorough track sessions, instructor “ride & drives”, lead & follow exercises and finally, supervised open track sessions.
