As a former instructor for prestigious institutions such as the Skip Barber, Russell, Marlboro, and Bondurant racing schools, his expertise extends far and wide. Holding a pivotal role as the lead instructor for prominent automotive manufacturers including Acura, BMW, Hyundai, Lexus, Mazda, Toyota, and others, Tim has been instrumental in shaping driver training programs across the United States.

Currently, he assumes the crucial position of the primary Pace Car/Safety Car driver for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, a role that encompasses overseeing all support series during the IMSA race weekends. Tim's instructional approach is rooted in imparting the fundamental principles of road racing to his students. From laying the groundwork with baseline skills to guiding them through the intricacies of advanced competition driving, he is dedicated to nurturing well-rounded and skilled drivers.
